Emerge Application Process
- Submit an application
- Schedule an interview through Jan Shepherd
- Notification of acceptance to Emerge within two weeks of your interview
- Return your signed Letter of Intent and $100.00 non refundable deposit to guarantee your spot in Emerge.
Applications for Emerge will be open in April of 2017. Once an application has been received you will be contacted by Jan Shepherd to schedule an interview. Upon completion of the interview, you will be notified by phone within two weeks regarding your acceptance into Emerge. To indicate your commitment to the Emerge program, upon acceptance, we ask for a $100.00 non refundable deposit to guarantee your spot, as well as a signed letter of intent indicating your agreement to participate with Emerge and to comply with our payment policy.
We do have a limited number of spaces in Emerge each year. Applications will be received until all spots are filled.

Emerge Payment Policy
The total cost for Emerge 2017-2018 is $1100.00. This includes an initial deposit of $100.00 due upon acceptance into Emerge to guarantee your spot. The balance includes all books, materials, retreats, mentoring, and participation with a select local conference and/or ministry opportunity. If your account is paid in full before October 15, 2017, we will give a $100.00 discount.
2017-2018 Payment Plan:
$100.00 Non refundable deposit due 7/15 or upon acceptance into Emerge.
$200.00 Due 8/15
$200.00 Due 9/15
$200.00 Due 10/15
$200.00 Due 11/15
$200.00 Due 12/15
All payments for Emerge are due by December 15, 2017. Your acceptance into Emerge and your initial $100.00 deposit returned with a signed letter of intent, guarantee your spot in Emerge and indicate your commitment to Emerge for the duration of the program.
We are unable to refund the cost of Emerge for any reason. Should you choose to withdraw from Emerge you understand that no refunds will be issued, and payment will be due in full upon withdrawal from Emerge.
Monthly statements will be emailed to you beginning July 15th or upon entrance into Emerge.
Payments can be made in person or online via the Emerge link through the Stirring’s website. Please make all checks payable to the Stirring and clearly mark it for your Emerge account.
